Reports & Analytics

Executive visibility, operational metrics, and regulatory reporting.

US-R01: Executive Dashboard

As an Executive (Chen), I want to view a single-page executive dashboard with facility KPIs, so that I can assess operations without drilling into individual modules.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • KPIs: batch yield rate, on-time delivery, open deviations, CAPA closure rate
  • Quality index: composite score from deviations, EM, training compliance
  • Production metrics: batches completed this month, throughput vs target
  • Financial indicators: cost per batch, waste percentage (future)
  • Trend sparklines for each KPI (30-day)
  • Drill-down: click any KPI detailed module view

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 7

US-R02: Batch Yield Report

As a Production Manager (James), I want to view batch yield trends over time by product, so that I can identify products with consistently low yields for investigation.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Report: actual yield vs theoretical yield per batch
  • Group by product, date range
  • Chart: yield % trend line with target line
  • Table: batch #, product, theoretical, actual, yield %, status
  • Filter by product, date range, technician
  • Export as CSV/PDF

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 7

US-R03: Deviation Pareto Analysis

As a QA Manager (David), I want to see a Pareto chart of deviation categories, so that I can focus improvement efforts on the most frequent root causes.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Pareto chart: deviation categories sorted by frequency
  • 80/20 line indicator
  • Filter by severity, date range, product, room
  • Secondary dimension: root cause category
  • Data table below chart with counts and percentages

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 7

As a QA Manager (David), I want to generate environmental monitoring trend reports per room, so that I can identify rooms with deteriorating environmental conditions.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Per-room viable count trends over selectable time range
  • Overlay alert and action limits
  • Statistical analysis: mean, standard deviation, trend direction
  • Excursion markers on timeline
  • Comparison across rooms
  • Export as PDF with charts

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 8

US-R05: Training Compliance Dashboard

As a Training Coordinator (Alex), I want to see a visual dashboard of training compliance rates, so that I can identify departments and individuals that need attention.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Overall compliance %: trained + acknowledged / total assigned
  • Heatmap: departments × training categories
  • Non-compliant user list with overdue items
  • Trend: compliance % over time
  • Upcoming expirations (next 30 days)

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 8

US-R06: Inventory Health Report

As a Warehouse Clerk (Tom) or Procurement Manager, I want to view inventory health metrics, so that I can optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Metrics: stock value, items expiring in 30/60/90 days, waste (expired + disposed)
  • Turnover rate per item category
  • FIFO compliance percentage
  • Vendor delivery performance
  • Stockout events over time

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 8

US-R07: Audit Readiness Score

As an Admin or Executive (Chen), I want to see a composite audit readiness score, so that I know if we're prepared for an FDA inspection.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Score components:
    • Open deviations (0 = 100%)
    • Overdue CAPAs (0 = 100%)
    • Training compliance (>95% = 100%)
    • Equipment calibration (all current = 100%)
    • EM compliance (no excursions = 100%)
  • Composite score: weighted average (configurable weights)
  • Red/yellow/green indicators per component
  • Historical trend of readiness score

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 8

US-R08: FDA 503B Reporting

As a PIC (Sarah), I want to generate the required semi-annual FDA 503B report with all compounded products, so that we comply with DQSA reporting requirements.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Report format: per FDA 503B reporting template
  • Data: all products compounded in period, quantities, distribution
  • Adverse event summary
  • Drug supply reporting (shortage list)
  • Exportable in FDA-accepted format
  • Reminder notification 30 days before due date

Priority: P2 | Sprint: 8
